Sign the Crown Copyright E-petition

Positive social change involves dramatic action on big issues – and incremental advances on technical but still important matters.

 

The campaign to reform crown copyright falls into the latter category, and can use your help!

 

Crown copyright is the ownership claim made by the government in works created by civil servants, parliament, ministers and departments and agencies. In its current form it is hindering access to a wealth of government-generated public material. The simple solution is to abolish it. A House of Common E-petition asking for just this is in its final week of circulation. We urge you to sign:
